Have a Copper Christmas!

Just before everything started getting exhaustingly busy, we took Copper for the shoot at the Fort.

I didn't realize what a truly pet friendly place the Fort is. There's a doggie beverage bar at Landes and they give free dog food and milk at Krispy Kreme!

That aside, it's getting harder to shoot Copper. He's like a toddler that just learned to walk and say no. But still cute anyway.

Rockwell Goes High

Fresh from training, Kai, Chesca, Claude and I went back to the store still "high". Since it would only be the four of us the whole day, we decided to do a dress-up Wednesday... Hippie Wednesday. And it's Chesca's first photo shoot! Yay!

Ara, Jammi, and Kari, while you were away in Sonya's Garden, we were getting high in Studio 2! Check out our "bonfire"!

'Team Building' at Jammi's

Twas fun, fun, fun! We played Guitar Hero, ate lots of pizza, played Guitar Hero, went swimming, played Guitar Hero, watched "28 Weeks Later" in Jammi's real live theatre room with chips and dip, went to sleep at 4 something am...

Then Kari cooked us pancakes for breakfast! :) Yay! Mommy Kari! And while everyone else went back to playing Guitar Hero, Macy and I had to go open the store. :(

But it was fun fun fun! Thanks Jammi!

Rockwell Girls at Lake Island 9.18.07

Garage Sale... Copper photos instead!

Well, I brought out my camera to take photos of the garage sale but I guess that was unsuccessful. I ended up taking mostly photos of Copper.

This baby dog was the life of the garage sale. He was just so excited to see Mikey and Mars that he wouldn't enter the house. He even "sang" to "How much is that doggie in the window?" in front of everyone.

Boredom Actually at TPC Rockwell

It's really strange! There was nothing to do except for some inquiries and prints for pickup. And since we were all in solid colors, we had a shoot! Yay! Thanks, Caps, for shooting us!

As much as I love and really miss the old Rockwell team, I love the new Rockwell team too! Aw! Ara, next time, kasama ka dapat!

Copper's First Photo Shoot

We brought Copper to The Picture Company - Fort and he loved it. He was so excited (despite the sad look on his face), his tail wouldn't stop wagging and he didn't bark at all. But he loved all the new people he met, the fresh air, the sights and sounds...

Aila and Bianca, thanks so much for all your help! :) You're Copper's new crushes. Haha! Grabe! Nanlambing siya to you guys!

Macie and Matteo visited me at Rockwell. Matteo walks a lot already so it was pretty hard to focus on him already. But it was ok. Poor kids were perspiring because the studio was kinda warm. But anyway, I got some pretty good shots.

About our baby basset hound:
Copper just LOVES people, slippers, jeans and rawhide bones. And he LOVES to eat. He's naughty at times but really sweet otherwise. He's Macie and Matteo's furry cousin. :)

Hong Kong - May 2007

Finally, we went on a complete family trip. Mommy was literally there with us in spirit.

This isn't all of it. This is just "a few" of the first 2 days. It's taken awhile to post them because they've been in my Kuya's laptop.

After years of going to Hong Kong and JUST SHOPPING, we finally took time out to SEE what tourists go there for. As a family, we rediscovered our love for Hong Kong.

Mikey's Very Belated Birthday Dinner

It was girls' night out and Mikey treated us all to dinner at The Old Swiss Inn. Yummy cheese fondue and chocolate fondue... Then we went to the Fort, supposedly for Starbucks and a walk around, but since all the coffee shops were full, we ended up having coffee at the cafe in A Different Bookstore.

I actually took a look at it because I might just have to consciously remember it and follow it. You know how annoying it is to drive in rush hour Manila, but maybe it will make the world a better place to drive in.

The "Drivers' Ten Commandments," as listed by the document [of the Vatican], are:

1. You shall not kill.

2. The road shall be for you a means of communion between people and not of mortal harm.

3. Courtesy, uprightness and prudence will help you deal with unforeseen events.

4. Be charitable and help your neighbor in need, especially victims of accidents.

5. Cars shall not be for you an expression of power and domination, and an occasion of sin.

6. Charitably convince the young and not so young not to drive when they are not in a fitting condition to do so.

Twas so hoooot, the sun wouldn't stop piercing our skin, and the clouds just wouldn't cover it so I'm not that happy with my photos. But I tried. So here they are. I didn't include everything since there are about 200+ photos.

Twas really fun, especially because Macie and Matteo were with us. And there weren't many people. (We rode Astroblaster 8 times!)

Copper - Baby Basset Carlos

This is the newest addition to the family. He's only 2 months, loves to eat, likes the smell of coffee... What do you know! He's really a Carlos.
